TIP on Speech Evaluation

TIP of the day is about Speech Evaluation
The main purpose of the speech evaluation is to help the speaker become more confident and a better speaker in various situations.

There are so many techniques that can be used to evaluate. One of them is Sandwich Pattern.

You know how the sandwich would look like right?  On the top and bottom you have a bun/bread, in the middle you have
all ingredients, including cheese, tomato, lattice, and meet etc…

Apply the same technique
— Begin and end your evaluation with a note of encouragement or praise.
— three or four clear Commendations
— one or 2 recommendation.
— potential areas for Improvements
— Avoid criticizing or complaining

When you evaluate next time think of the sandwich.
